Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb potatoes or 500g
  • 2 Cups Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In boiling water add your spinach and let it cook for 45 seconds then , blend the spinach with a cup of milk.
  • Boil your potatoes , peel and mush them
  • Add butter, milk ,the blended spinach bring it to a boil add salt, pepper and its good to go!
