Ingredients
- 1 lb potatoes or 500g
- 2 Cups Evaporated Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Cups Spinach
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper

- In boiling water add your spinach and let it cook for 45 seconds then , blend the spinach with a cup of milk.
- Boil your potatoes , peel and mush them
- Add butter, milk ,the blended spinach bring it to a boil add salt, pepper and its good to go!
