What makes this Goat Meat Pepper Soup special?

  • Gentle Heat: Scotch bonnet peppers add a delightful kick, but you can adjust the amount to suit your preference.

Tips for the Best Goat Meat Pepper Soup:

  • Goat Meat Quality: Using good quality goat meat is crucial for the best flavour and texture.
  • Spice Level: Adjust the amount of scotch bonnet peppers to your liking. Start with less and add more as needed.
  • Uziza Leaves: If you can’t find uziza leaves, parsley makes a good substitute, though the flavour will be slightly different.
