Tips for the Best Macaroni and Cheese Soup:
- Don’t Overcook the Macaroni: The macaroni will continue to cook in the soup, so slightly undercook it initially to prevent it from becoming mushy.
- Adjust the Consistency: If you prefer a thicker soup, add a little more milk or a tablespoon of flour mixed with water.
- Get Creative with Toppings: Sprinkle with extra shredded cheddar, a dash of paprika, or a swirl of hot sauce for added flavor.
- Broccoli Alternatives: Feel free to swap out the broccoli for other veggies like cauliflower, peas, or carrots.
