Ingredients
- 2.5-3 lbs ground beef
- 4 14oz cans diced tomatoes
- 2 14oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 14oz can beef broth
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup frozen butter beans
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown beef. Drain off fat and set aside.
- In the same pot, saute onion in olive oil and butter until translucent.
- Add beef back to onion.
- Add remaining ingredients to pot and cook until all vegetables are tender, about 25 minutes.
