Tips for the Best Fish Soup:
- Fish Choice: Halibut is our recommendation, but cod, haddock, or any other firm white fish will work beautifully.
- Broth Quality: Using a good quality fish or vegetable broth is key to a flavorful soup. Homemade is best, but store-bought works well too.
- Don’t Overcook the Fish: Gently add the fish to the soup and cook just until it flakes easily with a fork. Overcooked fish will be dry and tough.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste the soup and adjust the salt and pepper to your liking.
