Breathe Easy Soup
Ingredients
- 1-2 large leeks chopped
- 1 large turnip peeled and chopped (or 2 small)
- 8-10 Shiitake Mushrooms stem removed and chopped
- 2-3 garlic peeled and chopped
- 1 inch ginger peeled and chopped
- 1 tbs coconut oil or avocado oil
- 1 tbs Organic Turmeric powder
- to taste Himalayan or Sea Salt
- 1/2-1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 liter filtered Water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into an Instant Pot or pressure cooker.
- Pressure cook for 15 minutes.
- Stove top, cook for 40 minutes.
- Strain to enjoy the broth only or enjoy it all as a soup.
