Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Cooked prawns Peeled and cut into 3 pieces
  • 1 stick Lemon grass In pieces (about 5g)
  • 20 g Ginger root Peeled fresh
  • 100 g Onion Chopped
  • 800 g Coconut milk 2 cans
  • 120 g Mushrooms Fresh, peeled and chopped
  • 35 g Fish sauce
  • 25 g Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Pepper Ground
  • 1 tbsp Corriander Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Put the lemon grass, ginger, onion and coconut milk in the bowl 15 sec / speed 7.
  • Add the mushrooms, the fish sauce, the lime juice, the sugar and the pepper. Program 15 min / 100º / speed 1.
  • Liquidise 1 minute / speed 7. Add the prawns and mix 15 sec /reverse/speed spoon.
  • Serve warm.
