Crockpot Tomato Soup and Sheet Pan Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium white onion chopped
- 2 medium red bell peppers chopped
- 2 28oz cans plum tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp garlic
- 6 slices bread
- 6 slices cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, broth, salt and garlic in a crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place bread slices on it.
