Shrimp, Crawfish & Crab Bisque
Ingredients
- 1 can Cream Of Potato Soup (Campbells)
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup (Campbells)
- 1 can Cream Of Celery Soup (Campbells)
- 1 can Cream Of Onion Soup (Campbells)
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 block Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 pint Half And Half
- 1 pack Crawfish Tails (Frozen)
- 1 pack Raw Shrimp (Frozen)
- 1 can Lump Crab Meat (Premium Best)
- 0.5 stick Butter
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a pot except shrimp, crawfish, and butter.
- In a separate pan, saute shrimp and 0.5 stick of butter until shrimp become pink. Add to pot once cooked.
- In the same pan that the shrimp were cooked, saute crawfish until completely warmed. Add to pot once warmed.
- Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes – Stir frequently.
