Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Udon noodles
  • 1 block Firm tofu Pressed and cubed
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables Broccoli, carrots, snap peas
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 inch Ginger Grated
  • 1 scallion Scallion Sliced, for garnish
