- 1 tbsp Bacon fat Reserved from cooking bacon
- 1 cup Jalapeños Chopped
- 1 medium Onion Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
- Optional Cilantro For garnish
