Ingredients
- 1 tsp freshly grated turmeric
- 0.5 oz ginger juice
- 9 oz Hearth Broth
- 0.5 oz roasted garlic purée
- 9 oz Hearth Broth
- dash chili oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 11 oz Organic Chicken Broth
- pinch warm spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger)
- 1 oz coconut milk
- 9 oz Organic Chicken Broth
- pinch curry or spice blend
- dash chili oil
- squeeze lime
Instructions
- For 'deeply rooted': Mix ginger juice and turmeric. Pour warm broth over. Stir and enjoy.
- For 'spicy nonna': Mix roasted garlic purée and Hearth Broth using a frother or blender. Add a dash of chili oil.
- For 'what came first': Bring broth to a boil, then let it cool for a few minutes. Whisk egg yolk and warm spices in a cup. Pour warm broth over, mix and enjoy.
- For 'tom yum': Mix coconut milk, Organic Chicken Broth, curry/spice blend, and chili oil. Blend well. Finish with a squeezed lime wedge.
