Egusi Soup
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Palm Oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 teaspoons Red Pepper Powder
- 6 cups Stock
- 1 cup Egusi Paste
- 1 pound Fish
- 2 cups Spinach
