- 1 1/4 cups Yellow Onion Chopped
- 1 cup Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 cup Celery Chopped
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Okra Sliced
- 1 cup Tomatoes Diced
- 1 cup Green Onions Sliced
