  • 4-6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 medium Butternut squash
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Ginger

  • Preheat the oven to 375. Cut butternut squash in half and scoop out seeds. Place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
