Cream of Tomato Soup with Fresh Basil
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium yellow or white onion diced

- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper fresh ground
- to taste Parmesan or Crème Fraische for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in soup pot over medium heat.
