Tips for the Best Lasagne Soup:
- Use Quality Ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the soup! Opt for high-quality beef broth, fire-roasted tomatoes, and cheeses.
- Don’t Overcook the Pasta: Cook the pasta al dente to prevent it from becoming mushy in the soup.
- Adjust the Seasoning: Taste the soup as it simmers and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Feel free to add more oregano, basil, or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- Wine Pairing (Optional): A dry red wine, like a Chianti or Cabernet Sauvignon, pairs beautifully with this soup.
