- 500g head Cauliflower Or 1 500g bag frozen
- 350g Broccoli Fresh or frozen
- 50g Butter
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 4 cups Broth Chicken or vegetable
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream Optional, for extra creaminess
- 150g Bacon Optional, for garnish
- Salt to taste Salt
- Pepper to taste Pepper
