Frequently Asked Questions:
- Can I use rotisserie chicken? Absolutely! Rotisserie chicken is a great time-saver. Just shred the meat and add it to the soup.
- Is this soup dairy-free? Unfortunately, this recipe contains cream cheese and heavy cream, so it’s not suitable for a dairy-free diet. You could potentially experiment with dairy-free alternatives, but the texture and flavor may be different.
- Can I make this soup ahead of time? Yes! This soup actually tastes even better the next day. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- How spicy is this soup? The spice level depends on the buffalo wing sauce you use. We recommend starting with a mild or medium sauce and adding more to taste.
- Can I freeze this soup? While you can freeze it, the cream cheese may separate slightly upon thawing. It will still be delicious, but the texture may not be as smooth.
