  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 teaspoons powdered cumin
  • 2-3 teaspoons powdered coriander
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2-3 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 5 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Wash, core, and separate cauliflower into florets.
  • Peel and dice onions.
