  • 2 heaping scoops coconut oil Preferable Trader Joe’s brand
  • 4 large shallots
  • 8 medium carrots
  • 1 2 inch piece fresh ginger peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp pink salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions
