Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 8 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Celery, sliced
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 cup Red Pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced
- 8 oz Noodles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, parmesan cheese, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
