What makes this chowder so special?

- Ultra-Creamy Texture: The combination of potatoes, cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese creates a luxuriously smooth and creamy chowder.
- Flavorful & Hearty: This chowder is packed with flavor and will keep you feeling full and satisfied.
- Customizable: Feel free to add your favorite toppings – we love bacon, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream!
Tips for the Best Creamy Potato Chowder:
- Potato Choice: We recommend using Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes. Leaving the skin on adds extra nutrients and texture.
- Cream Cheese: Adding the cream cheese towards the end of the cooking time ensures it melts smoothly and doesn’t separate.
- Don’t Overstir: While you want to incorporate the cream cheese, avoid overstirring, as this can make the chowder gummy.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve this Creamy Potato Chowder with a side of crusty bread for dipping, a fresh green salad, or a grilled cheese sandwich for the ultimate comfort meal.
