Creamy Potato Chowder

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium onion chopped (about 1/3 cup)
  • 8 cups potatoes diced (leave skin on)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 3 cans Chicken Broth
  • 1 package Cream Cheese
  • to taste Cheese, Bacon, Sour cream for toppings

Instructions
 

  • Dice the potatoes and place them in the crock pot. Add the onion, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  • Set it to cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • About one hour before the cooking is finished, add the cream cheese. Stir to incorporate it. It will begin to cook into the soup. Give it a stir every 15 minutes or so until your chowder gets to a creamy texture.
  • Serve warm with desired toppings.
