- 1 kg Green Peas Fresh or frozen
- 2 liters Vegetable Broth
- 1 large Onion Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Chopped, for garnish
