Ingredients
- 7 oz Tofu cut into cubes
- 10 oz Crucian Carp remove fish scales and internal organs, wash and drain
- 3 tbsp Oil for pan-frying
- 2 cups Water
- 2 slices Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Cooking Wine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Coriander chopped
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into cubes
- Add oil to a wok, pan-fry the fish first until brown on both sides.
- Add water to the wok with fish, add ginger, garlic, cooking wine, cover and stew for 8 minutes.
- Add the tofu to the wok with fish, stew for 3 minutes again, then add salt, turn off the heat, top with chopped coriander.
