Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz Tofu cut into cubes
  • 10 oz Crucian Carp remove fish scales and internal organs, wash and drain
  • 3 tbsp Oil for pan-frying
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 slices Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cooking Wine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut the tofu into cubes
  • Add oil to a wok, pan-fry the fish first until brown on both sides.
  • Add water to the wok with fish, add ginger, garlic, cooking wine, cover and stew for 8 minutes.
  • Add the tofu to the wok with fish, stew for 3 minutes again, then add salt, turn off the heat, top with chopped coriander.
