Serving Suggestions:

This Red Lentil Curry is incredibly versatile. We love serving it over fluffy basmati rice, but it’s equally delicious with naan bread or roti for dipping. A side of raita (yogurt dip) can also provide a cooling contrast to the spices. Don’t forget a sprinkle of fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice to brighten up the flavors!
