Creamy Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 10-12 medium tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 medium onion

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut tomatoes into quarters
- Peel and finely chop garlic
- Peel and cut carrots
- Cut celery
- Peel and slice onion
- Cut basil leaves into strips and set aside
- Slowly heat oil and butter over low heat in a pan
- Add sliced onions and saute until translucent
