Tips for the Best Pork Meatball Soup
- Use good quality pork mince: This will make a big difference in the flavor and texture of the meatballs.
- Don’t overwork the meatball mixture: Overmixing can result in tough meatballs.
- Brown the meatballs in batches: This will ensure they get nicely browned on all sides.
- Simmer, don’t boil: Simmering the soup allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
- Fresh herbs are key: They add a bright, vibrant flavor that dried herbs can’t match.
