Instructions
Combine pork mince, breadcrumbs, mustard, parmesan, and thyme. Form into meatballs.
Heat oil and butter in a large pot. Brown the meatballs.
Add stock, chickpeas, kale, spring onion, garlic, cumin, and turmeric to the pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the kale is tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
