- 3 pieces chicken breasts cut into bite sized chunks
- 3 medium carrots sliced
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1.5 cups egg noodles cooked
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil.
- Add the chicken breasts, carrots, and celery to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it. Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
