Ingredients
- 3 cans Black Beans un-drained
- 1 can Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1 16 oz jar Salsa of your choice
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/2 c Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp Cumin
- Red Pepper optional
Instructions
- Place 2 cans of black beans and 1 can of chicken broth in blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into slow cooker and add last can of black beans into the mixture.
- Add your jar of salsa, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 2 Tbsp. lime juice and mix in.
- Add in your cumin and optional red pepper.
- Stir, put lid on, and cook on low for 8 hours (preferred) or high for 4 hours. The longer you cook the more flavor and spiciness comes out.
