  • ½ red capsicum diced
  • 1 spring onion chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp oil
  • 2 packs Trident Thai Tom Yum Goong Soup (50g each) or 2x 55g packs Trident Thai Style Creamy Tom Yum Rice Noodles
  • 150 g chicken breast finely sliced
  • 100 g small peeled prawns
  • 410 g Chinese Mixed Vegetables drained
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • to taste Fish Sauce
  • 1 lime juice of

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in the wok and stir-fry capsicum and spring onion for 1 minute.
  • Add 3 ½ cups of water and the soup base. Bring to a boil.
  • Add chicken and prawns and cook until chicken is cooked through.
