Instructions
Heat oil in the wok and stir-fry capsicum and spring onion for 1 minute.
Add 3 ½ cups of water and the soup base. Bring to a boil.
Add chicken and prawns and cook until chicken is cooked through.
Add Chinese mixed vegetables and kaffir lime leaves. Cook for 2 minutes.
Season with fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
