Garlic Potato and Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 each potato sliced thinly
- 2 each Roma tomatoes chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 each bay leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- A pinch crushed red pepper
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil garlic flavoured if possible

- Chop the potatoes in very thin, small slices, and tomatoes in small pieces.
- Add 2 cups of water in a saucepan with the sliced tomatoes and potatoes.
