Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 can black beans 15 oz, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn 15 oz, drained
  • 1 can great northern beans 15 oz, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef in Instant Pot using the sauté function. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water to the beef. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, great northern beans, chicken broth, ranch dressing mix, and salsa to the Instant Pot.
