Instant Pot Taco Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 can black beans 15 oz, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn 15 oz, drained
  • 1 can great northern beans 15 oz, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef in Instant Pot using the sauté function. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water to the beef. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, great northern beans, chicken broth, ranch dressing mix, and salsa to the Instant Pot.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as sour cream, cheese, avocado, and tortilla chips.
