Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp Kuli Kuli Pure Moringa Powder
  • 2 Tbsp green curry paste
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp Sriracha to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro or basil
  • 1-2 cups bok choy
  • 1-2 cups snap peas
  • 9.5 oz noodles Soba noodles recommended
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts for garnish
  • 1 lime lime juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • In a pot, combine non-dairy milk, water, moringa powder, curry paste, soy sauce, and ginger. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add bok choy and snap peas to the pot and cook until tender-crisp.
  • Add cooked noodles to the pot.
  • Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro. Add a squeeze of lime juice if desired.
