Ingredients
  

  • 2 breasts chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 5 carrots
  • 3 stocks celery
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 4 cups chicken bone broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • to taste salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pot over medium heat.
  • Cut chicken into cubes
  • Add enough oil to coat the pan then add the chicken in.
  • Sauté the chicken until it’s browned, about 10 minutes.
  • While the chicken cooks, chop the veggies.
  • Then remove the chicken from the pan
  • Add more oil if needed and add the veggies, cook for 10 more minutes, then add the spices and cook for one more minute.
  • While the veggies cook, spiralize the zucchini.
  • After the spices are added and cooked a minute, add in the bone broth and water and chicken. Bring the pot to a boil and let boil for 3 minutes.
  • Turn the pot to low heat and add in the zoodles. Let cook until the zoodles are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Salt to taste!
