Heat a pot over medium heat.
Cut chicken into cubes
Add enough oil to coat the pan then add the chicken in.
Sauté the chicken until it’s browned, about 10 minutes.
While the chicken cooks, chop the veggies.
Then remove the chicken from the pan
Add more oil if needed and add the veggies, cook for 10 more minutes, then add the spices and cook for one more minute.
While the veggies cook, spiralize the zucchini.
After the spices are added and cooked a minute, add in the bone broth and water and chicken. Bring the pot to a boil and let boil for 3 minutes.
Turn the pot to low heat and add in the zoodles. Let cook until the zoodles are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
Salt to taste!
