  • 1 kg Green Peas Fresh or frozen
  • 2 liters Vegetable Broth
  • 1 large Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Chopped, for garnish
