Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Pumpkin puree
  • 2 medium Pears such as Anjou or Bosc
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 sprig Fresh thyme
  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries dried or fresh
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds roasted

Instructions
