Sausage Spinach and Gnocchi Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 pkg Gnocchi 16 oz
- 1 can Diced tomatoes 14 oz
- 2 cups Spinach chopped
- 8 cups Chicken broth 2 (32oz) cartons
- 1/2 tbsp Salt start with less if not using reduced-sodium broth
