Sausage Spinach and Gnocchi Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 pkg Gnocchi 16 oz
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 14 oz
  • 2 cups Spinach chopped
  • 8 cups Chicken broth 2 (32oz) cartons
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt start with less if not using reduced-sodium broth

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot or dutch oven brown Italian sausage over medium heat.
  • Once the sausage is browned add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until gnocchi is soft and warmed through.
  • Serve and top with shredded parmesan.
