Ingredients
- 2 lbs Italian sausage mild or hot
- 6 cups chicken broth homemade or store bought
- 1 can diced tomatoes 28oz
- 1 can tomato soup 10.75oz
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 pkg tortellini 9oz
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 bay leaf bay leaf
Instructions
- Brown the Italian sausage in a frying pan or slow cooker. Cook 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
- If browning in a pan, empty contents into slow cooker.
- Add Italian seasoning, bay leaf, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours (or High 4 hours).
- Add cream cheese and stir well to combine.
