Instructions
Brown the Italian sausage in a frying pan or slow cooker. Cook 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
If browning in a pan, empty contents into slow cooker.
Add Italian seasoning, bay leaf, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
Cook on LOW for 6 hours (or High 4 hours).
Add cream cheese and stir well to combine.
Add tortellini and stir. Cover and cook on High for 15-20 minutes, or until tortellini is cooked.
Serve with crusty bread and garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
