White Chicken Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can white beans, rinsed and drained 15 oz
- 1 can green chilies, diced 4 oz
- 1 can chicken broth 32 oz
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
