- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic Use double the amount if using purchased minced garlic.
- 4 cups frozen green peas
- 3 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 cup peeled diced potatoes
- pinch salt

- 2 Tbsp low-fat sour cream For garnish
