  • 2-4 stalks celery optional
  • 2-4 big carrots can use leftover roasted carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half or milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour GF flour also works
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon herbes de provence or Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • to taste salt, pepper, garlic powder
