Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (15 oz) corn kernels undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) green enchilada sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of jalapeƱo soup optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a Dutch oven or large soup pot.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Ladle into bowls and serve warm with desired toppings.
